Originally from Ohio and now settled in Texas with her husband, Rachel brings over a decade of diverse customer service experience to our team.

She excels at understanding and meeting the needs of our patients.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring the local food scene, delving into a good book, or casting a line into one of Texas’s famous bass fishing lakes.
