We had a wonderful experience! The optometrist was amazing with my daughter, so patient and kind. Very kid-friendly environment, and they made the whole visit easy and comfortable for both of us. I’ll definitely be bringing my kids here from now on. Thank you all for making it such a positive experience for my child!

De. Pitts was so very thougr[ performing my eye exam.. She e planned all the causes of my vision loss. Dr Pitts took the time to explain every aspectncerning my vision . She went above abd beyond to ensute I could use the drops she prescribed for mewith the Retinol Consultfants of Texas .

Dr. Pitts and her team at Eyes on Cypress are truly incredible. Our daughter who has special needs had her first eye exam today, and the team catered to her needs. They made sure to take their time with her and kept her comfortable throughout the whole exam. Dr. Pitts was very patient with our daughter and made her feel at ease during the visit. She explained everything clearly and gave us options for future treatments. We are so glad that we have found an eye doctor who’s not only knowledgeable but is also caring and compassionate. We will continue to see Dr. Pitts for any optometry needs that our daughter has.

Wow! Truly the best experience! I took my one year old in for an eye exam, and the staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming. Dr. Pitts was amazing! She was so patient and great with our little one. She made the appointment fun while also taking the time to explain my child’s eye development and share helpful tips on how to support it at home. Thank you!

We were referred to see Dr. Pitts for my son. She was excellent and not only helped a nervous kiddo be relaxed but also explained everything well and answered all the questions we had. I don't often leave reviews, but she deserves this! Best doctor I've been to in a LONG time! She walked in and spoke directly to my son! She interacted with him and all his wiggles. She made it a good experience. Then she spoke to me with respect of him. She didn't say anything that might demean his listening little ears. When working with him, she explained what she was doing, but also made it feel like playing games. It was such a pleasant experience! Highly, highly recommend!

Great experience, from the front desk to the doctors. They were welcoming from the first step in the door to the whole process. They answered all my questions gave me helpful advice and help me find the right glasses for me. Satisfied and love to come back to them!

Our Pediatrician recommended we get our 9 month old checked for a minor issue. We were seen quickly and received a quick result of everything is as it is supposed to be. Dr. C. alleviated any concern by explaining what is developmentally normal and expected allowing us to keep a watch out if anything changes. He also kept my grumpy baby entertained while giving the exam and me as a first time mom relaxed.

My experience at Eyes On Cypress was great from the time the technician came to get me from the receptionist until the physician walked me back to the the receptionist. Everyone was professional and friendly. I enjoyed the high-tech equipment that was used during my eye exam. I can be assured that my eye exam was completed with accuracy.
