We had a wonderful experience! The optometrist was amazing with my daughter, so patient and kind. Very kid-friendly environment, and they made the whole visit easy and comfortable for both of us. I’ll definitely be bringing my kids here from now on. Thank you all for making it such a positive experience for my child!

The staff was very polite and all the information they collected was cohesively shared with the doctor. Dr. Pitts is very knowledgeable and she understood our daughter’s situation. She is the first Dr out of 4 who could actually explain to us what the problem is and our options.

Dr. Pitts and her team at Eyes on Cypress are truly incredible. Our daughter who has special needs had her first eye exam today, and the team catered to her needs. They made sure to take their time with her and kept her comfortable throughout the whole exam. Dr. Pitts was very patient with our daughter and made her feel at ease during the visit. She explained everything clearly and gave us options for future treatments. We are so glad that we have found an eye doctor who’s not only knowledgeable but is also caring and compassionate. We will continue to see Dr. Pitts for any optometry needs that our daughter has.

Wow! Truly the best experience! I took my one year old in for an eye exam, and the staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming. Dr. Pitts was amazing! She was so patient and great with our little one. She made the appointment fun while also taking the time to explain my child’s eye development and share helpful tips on how to support it at home. Thank you!

We have had an excellent experience with Dr. Pitts and the entire team at Eyes On Cypress. We originally came to her while trying to better understand some ongoing concerns after my daughter experienced a concussion. I wanted to be thorough without automatically jumping into another treatment, and Dr. Pitts was incredibly helpful in giving us a much clearer understanding of how my daughter’s visual system was functioning after the injury. I especially appreciated how comprehensive the evaluation was and that it went beyond simply checking whether she could see 20/20. Dr. Pitts looked at how her eyes were tracking, focusing, and working together and helped us understand how those areas could be contributing to the difficulties she was still experiencing. She also helped us understand why some of the things we had already tried may not have been addressing the full problem and explained the different options available to us. One of the things I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured into vision therapy. Dr. Pitts clearly explained what she was seeing, answered all of my questions, and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately did pursue vision therapy, but I felt very comfortable with that decision because of how thoroughly she walked us through her findings and recommendations. I also cannot say enough about the office staff. Although the practice is out of network for us, they have been incredibly helpful with insurance paperwork and documentation. They have made sure I had the information I needed for reimbursement, answered my questions, and helped me navigate the process as much as they could. That level of support has made a potentially frustrating part of care so much easier. We are very grateful to have found Eyes On Cypress. If you have a child dealing with lingering visual concerns after a concussion, or symptoms that do not seem to be explained by a standard eye exam, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pitts and her team.

Dr. Pitts is amazing! She was so kind and made my son feel so comfortable with his first eye exam. As a mom, I had questions and concerns and Dr. Pitts was very kind and patient to explained my son's treatment plan . Front desk staff were very sweet and professional.Highly recommend!!!!

We were referred to see Dr. Pitts for my son. She was excellent and not only helped a nervous kiddo be relaxed but also explained everything well and answered all the questions we had. We didnt feel rushed or kicked out for the next in line, it was a very personable appt starting with walking through the front door. Everybody was friendly and helpful! Great experience, from the front desk to the doctors. They were welcoming from the first step in the door to the whole process. They answered all my questions gave me helpful advice and help me find the right glasses for me. Satisfied and love to come back to them!

Our Pediatrician recommended we get our 9 month old checked for a minor issue. We were seen quickly and received a quick result of everything is as it is supposed to be. Dr. C. alleviated any concern by explaining what is developmentally normal and expected allowing us to keep a watch out if anything changes. He also kept my grumpy baby entertained while giving the exam and me as a first time mom relaxed.

My experience at Eyes On Cypress was great from the time the technician came to get me from the receptionist until the physician walked me back to the the receptionist. Everyone was professional and friendly. I enjoyed the high-tech equipment that was used during my eye exam. I can be assured that my eye exam was completed with accuracy. I will definitely return to Eyes On Cypress!
