Eyes On Cypress

We had a wonderful experience! The optometrist was amazing with my daughter, so patient and kind. Very kid-friendly environment, and they made the whole visit easy and comfortable for both of us. I’ll definitely be bringing my kids here from now on. Thank you all for making it such a positive experience for my child!

Dr. Pitts and her team at Eyes on Cypress are truly incredible. Our daughter who has special needs had her first eye exam today, and the team catered to her needs. They made sure to take their time with her and kept her comfortable throughout the whole exam. Dr. Pitts was very patient with our daughter and made her feel at ease during the visit. She explained everything clearly and gave us options for future treatments. We are so glad that we have found an eye doctor who’s not only knowledgeable but is also caring and compassionate. We will continue to see Dr. Pitts for any optometry needs that our daughter has.

Wow! Truly the best experience! I took my one year old in for an eye exam, and the staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming. Dr. Pitts was amazing! She was so patient and great with our little one. She made the appointment fun while also taking the time to explain my child’s eye development and share helpful tips on how to support it at home. Thank you!

Everyone is extra nice, very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and neat. Would definitely go back. I didn’t ask the name of the doctor so when a gentleman came in I was shocked, he did a great job and was extra friendly, (I was expecting the woman) the lady helping with your glass selection is very knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints at all!

Dr. Pitts and her staff have been such a gift to our family. She made my son’s transition to needing glasses so much easier by taking the time to explain everything and helping him feel comfortable. Dr. Pitts is an excellent communicator who genuinely cares for her patients. We’re so grateful for the kindness and exceptional care we’ve received and highly recommend her practice.

We were referred to see Dr. Pitts for my son. She was excellent and not only helped a nervous kiddo be relaxed but also explained everything well and answered all the questions we had. We didnt feel rushed or kicked out for the next in line, it was a very personable appt starting with walking through the front door. Everybody was friendly and helpful! Excellent service, very kind doctor bilingual and nice staff, clean y beautiful clinic, the only thing they don’t have a lot of variety of glasses. But I definitely recommend it, they don’t charge any extra, very honest people.

Great experience, from the front desk to the doctors. They were welcoming from the first step in the door to the whole process. They answered all my questions gave me helpful advice and help me find the right glasses for me. Satisfied and love to come back to them!

Our Pediatrician recommended we get our 9 month old checked for a minor issue. We were seen quickly and received a quick result of everything is as it is supposed to be. Dr. C. alleviated any concern by explaining what is developmentally normal and expected allowing us to keep a watch out if anything changes. He also kept my grumpy baby entertained while giving the exam and me as a first time mom relaxed.

De. Pitts was so very thougr[ performing my eye exam.. She e planned all the causes of my vision loss. Dr Pitts took the time to explain every aspectncerning my vision . She went above abd beyond to ensute I could use the drops she prescribed for mewith the Retinol Consultfants of Texas .

My experience at Eyes On Cypress was great from the time the technician came to get me from the receptionist until the physician walked me back to the the receptionist. Everyone was professional and friendly. I enjoyed the high-tech equipment that was used during my eye exam. I can be assured that my eye exam was completed with accuracy.
