Had a great experience at Eyes On Cypress with Dr. Pitts. Everything about the visit was smooth and easy. They were right on time (which I really appreciate), and the whole process felt efficient without being rushed. The office is bright, clean, and super comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming.

They use the latest equipment, and everything was explained clearly along the way, which made the whole exam feel simple and stress-free. Also, if you’re someone who loves geeking out about the science of things—like how light impacts your circadian rhythm or mitochondrial health—Dr. Pitts is totally your person.​​​​​​​

The entire staff is respectful. The communication is flawless from initial contact throughout the appointment. The doctors are knowledgeable and ask your preferences on what makes you comfortable. They're willing to accommodate your schedule. My kids and I have been going here for 4 years.

I always enjoy going for my checkup. It starts when you walk in, the ladies in the front and the ladies who tests your eyes are all nice and helpful which is important to me. Dr Pitts is just as nice as the ladies in the front and she takes her time, listens and explains everything professionally. Thank you Dr Pitts and staff.

The staff is great, Dr. Pitts is very knowledgeable. They seem to work in unison with one another, it's all very seamless. The whole staff is very patient with my whole family, including myself (blind in 1 eye), my 17 yr old autistic daughter, my 13 yr old who managed to try on 1/2 the glasses there and NO ONE tried to brush her off, and my husband who has a complex prescription. The thing that really stands out at EOC is that they have up to date, state of the art technology. It's even been updated since our last visit! But even with that, Dr. Pitts still goes old school to look into the back of your eyes to verify what technology showed. I appreciate that they took the time to answer all of my questions whether it was about buying glasses, getting a contact fitting, explaining all the things that show up on our eyeball pictures, and even insurance questions. Not one time did anyone seem to want to get away from us. Thx EOC!!

I took my 2 year old daughter there to have her first vision test. Professional staff! They were so nice, welcoming, and very patient with my kid. The place had a good and warm atmosphere. The optometrist was so professional and she knew how to draw my toddler’s attention to perform the test. I definitely recommend!
